A Large upright evergreen shrub, columnar in structure that widens through age. Distinct dark green foliage, requires very little pruning and is a low maintenance but attractive solution to hedging.Taxus baccata ‘Fastigiata’ is a slow growing upright evergreen conifer with attractive, yellow-tinted foliage. With a conical shape this variety is ideal for use as a specimen plant, or to add height and winter structure to a mixed border. It can also be used to create a hedge or planted along a pathway. A very sought after tree which gives valuable vertical accent to the garden. Easy to maintain any stray stems can be trimmed back to maintain the symmetrical appearance.
