BERBERIS thunbergii ‘Atropurpurea’ Purple Barberry
20 – 40cm Bare root whip
Deciduous shrub with small leaves beginning red in spring, then purple and finally turning bright red in autumn. In May, the yellow flowers contrast with the dark foliage. They are followed by red glossy berries when matured.
Low and medium hedges, defensive hedges, rockeries, shrub beds- deciduous – Height: 1 m x 2 m (3 ft x 6 ft)
Planting distance – 45cm apart
As this product is bare-rooted it is available for dispatch between late November & March.
