This is an evergreen star jasmine, grown on a sturdy frame with an overall height of 120 cm and width of 80 cm. Jasmine has deep green glossy leaves that often turn red in the winter. Thrives in a well drained soil in a sunny, sheltered site. Half hardy in the UK: this climber needs protection from harsh winter winds as these can cause this plant to lose its foliage. The scented flowers are the same as those often used in perfume.
