Silver birch Betula pendula Trio Stem

known as the silver birch, which is a deciduous tree that can grow up to 25 meters tall. It has white bark that peels and becomes rough and black at the base, and diamond-shaped leaves that are toothed and mid-green, turning yellow in the fall. Silver birches grow quickly and prefer full sun or light dappled shade in moderately fertile, well-drained soil. They flower in early spring with yellow-brown catkins, and the small seeds have papery wings that help them disperse in the wind. Silver birches don’t require much pruning, but you can remove any branches that are diseased or crossing.
