Mainland UK Delivery Information

Our shipping prices are based on the volume of the items in your order. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and National holidays.

Orders over £500 are shipped for free!

Orders under £500 – Delivery costs vary depending on the type of item(s) you have purchased. Once you have placed your order we will get in touch with a tailored delivery quote.

With certain specific orders a pallet may be required, shipping each pallet will be costed at £80 per pallet.

Plants over 2m in height or extra large plants, please telephone or contact for a bespoke quote on delivery. This is due to a higher cost to put certain plants into transit safely.

We aim to have our orders to you between 5-7 working days. Excluding the bespoke deliveries for very large plants.

If any orders are not meeting quality control and any delays will occur. We will contact you to give you a new delivery date.

Returns

For items that are damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us so we can best serve you and provide you with return instructions.
